Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?
Measure the widest part of each natural nail and compare it with the size information shown in the product gallery. Most designs are available in Extra Small (XS), Small (S), Medium (M), and Large (L). If you are between sizes, size up — press-on nails can be gently filed for a better fit.

Which nail shape should I choose?
When a shape is marked “As picture,” it matches the product images. Alternative shapes may look slightly longer or shorter.

Are ZeeyesNail sets handmade?
Yes. Every set is handcrafted by nail artists, so small variations can occur and make each set unique.

Are the nails reusable?
Yes. Remove them carefully, clean away adhesive residue, and store them in their original box.

Application & Wear

How do I apply them?
Clean and dry your natural nails, apply an adhesive tab, align the press-on nail, and press firmly for 30 seconds.

How long do they last?
With proper preparation and application, wear time is typically 1–2 weeks.

How long does my order take?
Processing takes 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery: United States 7–15 business days; Europe 10–20 business days; Asia & Middle East 7–15 business days.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to 28+ countries. Customs duties may apply depending on the destination and are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns & Order Issues

Because our nails are handmade-to-order hygiene products, all sales are final. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
