SIZING & FIT
Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Each product includes a size guide. We recommend 
measuring the width of your nails and comparing to 
our size chart. When in doubt, size up — press-on 
nails can be gently filed to fit.

Q: What sizes are available?
A: We offer Extra Small, Small, Medium, and Large 
in most styles.

Q: Are your nails handmade?
A: Yes! Every single set is handcrafted by our nail 
artists. No two sets are exactly alike.

Q: Can I customize a set?
A: We currently offer our curated designs as listed.

SHIPPING
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Processing takes 2–5 business days. Delivery:
• USA: 7–15 business days
• Europe: 10–20 business days
• Asia & Middle East: 7–15 business days

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes! We ship to 28+ countries worldwide.

Q: Will I have to pay customs fees?
A: International orders may be subject to customs 
duties depending on your country. These fees are 
the buyer's responsibility.

APPLICATION & WEAR
Q: How long do press-on nails last?
A: With proper application, they can last 1–2 weeks.

Q: Are they reusable?
A: Yes! Remove carefully and store in the original 
box for reuse.

Q: How do I apply them?
A: Clean nails → apply adhesive tab  → 
press firmly for 30 seconds → done!

RETURNS
Q: Can I return my order?
A: Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our 
products, all sales are final. However, if your 
order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days 
at zeeyesnail@outlook.com with photos.
